TestReach Takes a Place Among Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Companies 2022
Dublin, 25th November 2022: TestReach announced today that the company has been selected as the 15th fastest growing technology company in Ireland in the past 4 years. This was presented at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards event in Dublin. Louella Morton, co-CEO at TestReach, was also recognised for her work in promoting women in STEM industries, and received the runner-up position for the Advocate for Women in Technology Award.
Deloitte’s Fast 50 highlights Ireland’s fastest growing technology organisations, according to average percentage revenue growth over the past four years. This year marked the 23rd year of Deloitte running an award programme that continues to celebrate both innovation and entrepreneurship in Ireland’s indigenous technology sector.
Cumulatively, the 2022 Fast 50 winners generated approximately €500m in total annual revenues and employed over 5,500 people in 2021. The average revenue of companies featured in the ranking was approximately €10 million, while the average growth rate of the companies over the last four years was 594%. The awards programme also saw 17 new entrants appearing on the ranking for the first time, seven of which were in the top 10. There was also an increase in the number of female CEOs in the ranking with seven organisations led by females making the list, including TestReach.
The Advocate for Women in Technology Award in particular acknowledges individuals who have shown through their activities that they are an advocate for increasing the participation as well as promotion of women in the technology industry.
Announcing the winners of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme, David Shanahan, Partner, Deloitte said: “Congratulations to all of the companies that ranked this year. As the business environment becomes more complex, the Irish technology sector has shown great resilience and tenacity. This year’s ranking shows growth across a broad range of sectors with companies coming up with innovative solutions to address changing consumer and business demands while faced with adversity. It’s also encouraging to see so many new entrants, including seven in the top ten. Despite the challenges of late, the Irish indigenous tech sector continues to succeed.”
Speaking at the event, Louella Morton, co-CEO TestReach, said: “I am delighted that TestReach has been recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Ireland, which is a great endorsement of the work that we’ve achieved in transforming how assessments are run, and a wonderful recognition of the tireless work our team does to support our clients and exam candidates. I’m also personally delighted to be recognised as a runner up for the Women in Technology Advocate, and I look forward to continuing to strive to support and promote women working in STEM industries.”
